Manama, Feb. 8 (BNA): Vatel Bahrain announced the opening of admissions for the 2026–2027 academic year for its Bachelor’s and MBA programmes in International Hotel Management.

The programmes are delivered through an advanced academic curriculum developed and accredited in France under the global Vatel network. They provide a comprehensive educational experience that combines structured theoretical study with international practical training in one of the world’s fastest-growing sectors.

The Bachelor’s degree in International Hotel Management offers extensive practical training opportunities in the Kingdom of Bahrain and abroad through a wide network of four- and five-star partner hotels. This enables students to gain hands-on professional experience in multicultural work environments operating in line with international standards. The programme also includes French language studies as a core component and provides nearly two years of practical training, enhancing graduates’ employability upon completion.

Vatel Bahrain also announced the opening of admissions for the 2026–2027 academic year for its MBA in International Hotel Management, which is the first programme of its kind in the Kingdom.

The MBA programme offers an internationally recognised academic pathway designed to prepare graduates for senior leadership roles in the hospitality and tourism sector at local, regional and international levels. Delivered over two academic years, the programme is recognised by the Higher Education Council, placed at Level Seven of the European Qualifications Framework (EQF), and aligned with Level Nine of the National Qualifications Framework (NQF).

The curriculum covers tourism and hospitality economics, marketing strategies, financial analysis, human resources management, and tourism and hospitality strategy, in addition to English and French language studies. This integrated framework aims to strengthen professional competencies and enhance graduates’ readiness for the labour market.

Neda Jahromi, Acting Manager of Admissions and Marketing at Vatel Bahrain, said that the Bachelor’s programme provides an ideal pathway for students seeking to build an international career in hospitality. She noted that it opens broad professional opportunities across global hotels, resorts, tourism, event management and related domains, while allowing graduates to benefit from the strong international standing of the Vatel network. She added that all graduates from Vatel Bahrain cohorts have received employment offers before graduation.

She also explained that the MBA programme is designed to equip future leaders with the strategic tools and skill sets required to manage and lead hospitality institutions, providing advanced professional knowledge, essential managerial skills and leadership capabilities within an international academic framework aligned with industry practices and future sector challenges.
