Türkiye cuts corporate tax for industry and agriculture sectors

Istanbul, Jun. 4 (BNA): Turkish Treasury and Finance Minister Mehmet Şimşek announced that Türkiye’s new tax law will reduce the corporate tax rate from 25% to 12.5% for manufacturing and agricultural production sectors.


Speaking at the 3rd Global Islamic Economy Summit in Istanbul, Şimşek said multinational companies relocating their regional or global headquarters to Türkiye will be granted a full corporate tax exemption.


He also announced a 100% tax exemption for service exports and said the government is working to strengthen Türkiye’s position as an international hub for trade, finance, and investment.
